Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We will not ship items to a PO BOX address.

Do you ship internationally?

At present we cannot offer shipping outside of the UK however please use the contact us page to ask for a quote. This would be a separate charge and our flat shipping rate of £5 does not apply.

Where is my order?

We aim to ship items within 24 hours of receipt via Royal Mail. If you are concerned upon the whereabouts of your order please use the contact us page and we will investigate.

How do I return an item?

Items are returnable if they are faulty e.g electricals. Items are sold as seen on the website which are all licensed brand new items sold in our physical store. We insure all deliveries and items are inspected prior to sending. Please contact us if your item is not as expected however change of mind is not an acceptable reason for return. You will need to cover all costs for return postage and a refund will only be issued if the item is received in the same condition it was sent in.

The UK Distance Selling Legislation is currently not valid since the UK left the EU.

Something from my order is missing/faulty/incorrect

I would like to cancel my order – what do I do?

If your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel it. If it meets our returns criteria then you may be able to return it once received. Please contact us if your order has not been dispatched.

Pre-Orders however cannot be cancelled and the products description will state this. A preorder is a commitment through us to our supplier to send you the ordered goods in which your pre-order is contracted to receive at a later date whether this is fixed or TBC. This is a contracted service between us, the seller, and the distributor to commit to your order.

How do I order?

Like all online retailers pick your products, add them to your basket, pay and then wait for the excitement to arrive!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards using an online payment gateway provided by Barclaycard. The only exception is American Express which we do not accept.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest however we recommend creating an account so you order simply next time. Your orders are all saved into your account. Refer to our privacy policy in regards to how your personal information is used.

Do you offer an NHS discount?

Unfortunately we do not offer this presently.

How can I buy gift vouchers?

Currently we only sell vouchers instore but if you contact us we can arrange this directly and have them posted to you

How long will delivery take?

We aim to process all orders by the next working day and have shipped out no later than 48 hours after placing your order. Bear in mind if your order is placed on the weekend it will not be shipped until the next working day.

What is the Delivery/Shipping Price?

we offer a flat shipping rate of £5 irrespective of size and weight.

Distance selling regulations

This is no longer valid legislation since the UK left the EU. Please contact us with your returns inquiry via the contact us page. The Consumer Contracts Regulations that were implemented in 2014 have replaced this. Returns in most cases are only viable if the product arrives faulty or defective such as electrical items. Items that have had their seal broken, collectable items such as Funko Pops and Comics are not returnable. Also any apparel and jewellery is not returnable.
